Paul joined CPV in 2001 and is responsible for the financial structuring of new development projects, management of existing project capitalization efforts, and financing of the company’s acquisition-related endeavors. Paul also overseas the financial management of the assets managed by CPV’s Asset Management group. Shortly after joining CPV, Paul coordinated CPV’s first project sale, the CPV Atlantic Project.

Paul has 15 years of experience in the energy sector starting with the J. Makowski Company, and just prior to joining CPV as Director of Finance for InterGen where he managed the $570 million debt financing of the 1,200MW Cottonwood Power Project in Texas and co-managed the $350 million debt financing of the 600MW Bajio Power Project in Mexico. Paul gained his finance training with Bank of Boston where he managed a $400 million credit portfolio.

Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University.
