Sean has been a member of CPV since its inception and has taken a variety of leadership roles for the Company including project development, marketing, portfolio acquisitions, and asset management. Currently, Sean is responsible for all aspects of the Company's renewable energies program including operation of CPV Renewable Energy Company. He provides strategic direction for the program, overseeing project developers, leading all major commercial negotiations and directing investment recommendations related to renewable energy endeavors. Recently, Sean successfully piloted CPV Wind Ventures from inception, though the growth of a 3600 MW portfolio of projects, and ultimate sale to a global utility company.

Previously, Sean was employed at PG&E Generating Company where he held positions within the organization's Development Group and Regulatory Affairs Department. He was involved in project development, acquisitions, legislative affairs, and regulatory policy development. Sean also worked at the Massachusetts State Senate Post Audit and Oversight Bureau where he was the principal author of several reports regarding public policies affecting the electric power industry.

Sean holds an MBA from the Sawyer School of Management at Suffolk University and a BS in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
