Peter has been with CPV since its inception and has filled a number of critical positions. Currently, Peter is responsible for CPV’s $200 million natural gas fired project development portfolio and leads CPV’s development initiatives in the US and Canada .

Prior to heading up CPV’s natural gas fired project development, Peter was one of the primary architects of CPV’s Asset Management strategy and business development. Through his leadership, Peter created significant value for CPV's clients during a period of unprecedented industry challenges and seized economic opportunities vital to CPV’s nationwide growth. Due to his pioneering execution of complex restructurings, today CPV is widely recognized as the leader in IPP crisis and turnaround management.

Previously, Peter led the development and sale of CPV’s Atlantic Power Project, a 250 megawatt combined-cycle power project in Florida . Peter also recorded noteworthy successes in both the energy and commercial development industries prior to CPV . At US Generating Company, New England Development and The Pyramid Companies, his accomplishments include developments of more than 2,000 megawatts of power projects and more than 8 million square feet of retail real estate. Peter holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Fairfield University .
